This impressive Chateaubriand - with our easy, stress-free 1-Step Rapid Roast - goes from the freezer, to the oven, to the plate in a little less than an hour. That's right, no need to thaw. You'll have a chef quality dinner without the guesswork - and it's perfect every time!
Steakhouse Seasoned Chateaubriand Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
Do not thaw. Do not remove plastic film
Preheat oven to 450°F. Line raised-edge baking sheet with foil. With plastic film intact, place frozen tenderloin flat side up on baking sheet. Do not puncture film. Place in oven and roast for 45-50 minutes for medium rare roast. (Oven able film will self-vent during roasting). Remove from oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before removing from film. Carefully cut oven able film open with scissors. Remove roast from film, slice and serve.
*For best results, use oven thermometer to verify oven temperature of 450°F and adjust oven knob as necessary.

The magic of the Rapid Roast system is the unique plastic packaging. DO NOT REMOVE IT. Simply place the product in your pre-heated oven following the temperature and time instructions on the box.
When your timer goes off, carefully remove it from the package and serve! Hint:
the plastic wrap will brown and open during the roasting process - leaving your meat perfectly seared and the package easy to open and serve.
