This steak has no exterior fat so be careful not to overcook. It is excellent for calorie counters who want a light luncheon entree. Please refer to the Steak Cooking Chart to prepare. This steak would also slice well for stir-fry, or would be excellent in your favorite stew.

Precooked Hearty-Cut Bacon Slices (13 oz. pkg.) Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
Do Not Thaw!
Microwave: Open package by peeling back bottom right hand corner. Remove one entire sheet of 5 slices. On a microwave safe plate, place the slices of bacon on a paper towel and cover with a second paper towel. Microwave on high for 45 seconds to 1 minute. (If your microwave does not have a turntable, rotate plate ¼ of a turn after 15 seconds of heating.) To heat fewer slices, remove number desired from sheet. Place between paper towels. Microwave as instructed above, adjusting the time accordingly.
Broil: Preheat broiler. Remove bacon slices from paper and place on broiler pan. Place pan 2-3" from heating element. Broil for 2 - 2½ minutes.

Breakfast Pork Sausages (34 oz. pkg.) Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
Do Not Thaw!
Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove pork sausages from package. Separate sausage and place desired number on baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Microwave:* Place 2 pork sausages in a microwave safe dish, cover dish with a paper towel. Microwave on HIGH for 1½ to 1¾ minutes. Rest for 1-2 minutes before serving. For 5 sausages, microwave on HIGH for 3½ to 4 minutes. *Cooking time based on 1100-watt microwave with turntable. Adjust time for lower wattage microwave. If not using a turntable rotate once during cooking.

Cheddar Cheese Hash Browns Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
Do Not Thaw!
OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove desired number of hash browns from packaging. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil, allowing 1-2 inches between pieces. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool 2-3 minutes before serving.

Sour Cream Coffee Cakes Product Information & Preparation Instructions:
Thaw and Serve: Remove desired number of coffee cakes from box. For best results, place in refrigerator with cellophane wrap intact and thaw overnight. For room temperature thawing, leave cellophane wrap intact and thaw approximately 1-1½ hours. To heat, remove cellophane wrap and place on microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 15-20 seconds.
From Frozen:
Microwave: Remove coffee cake from cellophane wrap and place on a microwave safe plate. Microwave on high for 35-45 seconds.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove cellophane wrap from coffee cake and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Let rest 1 minute before removing from tray to serve.
