Our Pork Tenderloin is a nice change of pace with a tantalizing flavor that can only be found in pork. Cut from the heart of the tenderloin for extra tenderness, its convenient 9 oz. size makes it the perfect meal for two.

Product Information & Preparation Instructions

This pork roast is excellent when grilled or roasted. Thaw. Grill over medium-high heat for approximately 40 minutes, turning every 10 minutes. To roast, preheat oven to 425°. Season and place uncovered in oven for 25-30 minutes, depending on thickness. Let set 5 minutes before slicing. Each chateaubriand serves 2.
