Do not thaw. Do not remove plastic.
Bake: Preheat oven to 450°F. Line raised-edge baking sheet with foil. With plastic film intact, place frozen pork tenderloin flat side up on baking sheet. Do not puncture film. Place in oven on middle rack and roast for 35 minutes (Ovenable film will self-vent during roasting). Remove from oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before removing from film. Carefully cut ovenable film open with scissors. Remove roast from film, slice and serve.
Note: If product is thawed, then plastic must be removed.
Bake: Preheat oven to 450°F. Line raised-edge baking sheet with foil. With plastic removed, place thawed pork tenderloin on baking sheet. Place in oven and roast for 22 - 25 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to rest 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
Grill: Preheat grill on high. With plastic removed, lightly oil thawed pork tenderloin before placing on grill. Grill for 20-24 minutes rotating a quarter turn every 5-6 minutes. Allow to rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
