Then they reach into the tiki trick bag and marinate them in an exclusive blend of savory Polynesian flavors with a hint of spiced and honey.

When the Omaha Steaks expert butchers hand-select the cuts for our Polynesian pork chops, they aren't wearing Hawaiian shirts or hula skirts. But these delicious island-inspired chops are so authentic, you'd never know it.

Trimmed of the bone and any excess fat, these center-cut pork chops would be perfect without a marinade. But that means they're more than perfect with a savory mix of teriyaki, soy and sesame, along with just the right touch of spices and honey.

If you want to be truly authentic, you can cook them over a driftwood fire in the sand. But if you're not having dinner on the coastline, simply prepare using your favorite method - whether that's cooking them on the grill, sauteing them in a pan, or sliding them into a nice, hot oven.

Our Polynesian Pork Chops are flash-frozen to lock in the freshness. Then we individually seal them, box them up, and deliver with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. And once you taste them, you'll want us to repeat the whole process again and again.


GRILL: Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove pork chops from package and brush excess marinade onto pork chops. Clean and oil grill grates. Grill over medium high heat 3-4 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 145°F as indicated by a food thermometer. Remove from grill, let rest 5 minutes and serve.

PAN FRY: Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove pork chops from package and brush excess marinade onto pork chops. Preheat 1 Tbsp. oil in a skillet to medium-high heat until oil begins to shimmer. Place pork chops in hot pan. Cook 3-4 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 145°F as indicated by a food thermometer. Remove from pan, let rest 5 minutes and serve.

Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
