These responsibly sourced salmon fillets come pre-marinated with premium, high-quality ingredients you'd buy yourself from the local farmer's market: tart lemons, fresh dill, salt, pepper, olive oil, with just a touch of garlic for good measure. It's a perfect complement to the rich texture and flavors of the salmon.
High in Omega 3's and packed with protein, these fillets cook up nicely on the grill, in the oven, or in your favorite pan. It's an easy yet delicious way to ensure your family is not only eating great tasting food, but food that's great for their health as well.
Individually sealed to guarantee freshness, simply thaw overnight for an easy and delicious meal any night of the week.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove salmon from packaging and place on a foil lined baking sheet on center rack of oven. Bake 22-24.
Microwave: Remove fillets from packaging and place 2 frozen fillets in a microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Cook on high 5-6 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking. Let rest 1-2 minutes before removing from the microwave and serving.
When thawing, remove from plastic packaging. Cover and refrigerate below 38°F. Once thawed, consume within one to two days.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove fillets from packaging. Place fillets on foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Grill: Preheat grill to medium (350-400°F). Clean and oil grill grates. Grill fillets 4-5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Microwave (1100 Watt): Remove fillets from packaging. Place fillets in a microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Turn fillets over halfway through cooking. Let rest 1-2 minutes before removing from the microwave and serving.
AIR FRYER (1500 WATT): Preheat air fryer to 350°F. Lightly spray basket with nonstick cooking spray. Remove salmon from packaging and place desired number of servings in air fryer, leaving 1/2" between pieces. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until temperature reaches 145°F.
