Pan Sautée: Preheat 1 Tbsp. of oil per patty over medium heat. Brown first side approximately 3 minutes. Turn patty over and brown for approximately 2 ½ minutes.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a raised edge baking sheet with foil. Spray lightly with cooking oil. Place veal patties on baking sheet. Bake uncovered for 15-18 minutes.
