Do not thaw. Appliances vary, adjust times accordingly. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS, COOK THOROUGHLY TO A MINIMUM INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 145°F AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER.
STOVE TOP: Preheat a nonstick skillet to medium. Add 1 T. oil per piece of pork you are cooking. Allow oil to get hot. Place desired amount of pork pieces in skillet. Cook 4 minutes per side or until pork is golden brown and reaches 145°F. Drain on paper towels and serve.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with foil and place 1 T. oil per piece of pork on sheet tray. Place desired amount of pork pieces on sheet tray. Place on center rack of oven. Cook for 10 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until pork is golden brown & reaches 145°F. Drain on paper towel & serve.
