We took the sweet, juicy flavor of a premium scallop and intensified it with the savory strips of smoky, perfectly cooked bacon.

But even with just two ingredients, you and your guests will be amazed at how much the taste and texture mingle to provide an unforgettable eating experience with every bite. In fact, these beauties would be right at home in an elegant coastal seafood restaurant or high-end steakhouse.

As part of an appetizer spread or alongside your favorite cut of steak as a meaty take on surf and turf, these oven-ready morsels can be perfectly prepared straight from your freezer in just a mere 15 minutes.

Preparation

From frozen:
Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove scallops from tray. Place individual bacon wrapped scallops on a foil-lined baking sheet allowing 1 inch or more between pieces. Bake uncovered for 14 - 16 minutes.
Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.
From Thawed: Thaw in refrigerator. When thawing, remove from plastic packaging. Cover and refrigerate below 38°F. Once thawed, consume within one to two days.
Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove scallops from tray. Place individual bacon wrapped scallops on a foil-lined baking sheet allowing 1 inch or more between pieces. Bake uncovered for 8-10 minutes.
Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.
