Preparation: Do not thaw.
One Step Rapid Roast Do not remove plastic film.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove desired number of beef wellingtons from box but leave ovenable film intact. Place on foil lined baking sheet with flat side up allowing 3-4 inches between pieces. Place on middle oven rack and cook for 35-40 minutes for a medium rare beef wellington. Remove from oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before removing from film. Carefully cut ovenable film open with scissors and serve.
