Flash Seared Ahi Tuna with Apricot Mango Wasabi Sauce
An easy recipe sure to please the seafood lover in your life
Heat 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil in a large sauté pan over high heat.
Season Ahi with ½ teaspoon of Omaha Steaks Blackened Seasoning on each side.
Place Ahi portions in the hot oil and cook for 60-90 seconds on each side. Thicker portions may take slightly longer.
Remove from pan and place on a cutting board.
Slice each portion of Ahi thinly, and then fan out on each plate.
Put one Tbsp of Omaha Steaks Apricot Mango Wasabi Sauce on each plate and serve.
