Flash Seared Ahi Tuna with Apricot Mango Wasabi Sauce

 An easy recipe sure to please the seafood lover in your life

  • Heat 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil in a large sauté pan over high heat.
  • Season Ahi with ½ teaspoon of Omaha Steaks Blackened Seasoning on each side.
  • Place Ahi portions in the hot oil and cook for 60-90 seconds on each side. Thicker portions may take slightly longer.
  • Remove from pan and place on a cutting board.
  • Slice each portion of Ahi thinly, and then fan out on each plate.
  • Put one Tbsp of Omaha Steaks Apricot Mango Wasabi Sauce on each plate and serve.
