Bruschetta Shrimp Pasta

  • 1 lb. World Port Seafood Wild Argentinian Red Shrimp
  • 12 oz linguine
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 cup packed torn fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. cracked pepper


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain, reserving 1/3 cup cooking liquid.

  2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large skillet set over medium heat; cook onion and garlic for about 3 minutes or until tender.

  3. Add shrimp to skillet; cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until just starting to turn pink.

  4. Add pasta, tomatoes, cooking liquid and salt to skillet. Remove from heat and stir in basil. Divide among 4 plates. Sprinkle with pepper.
