Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz. package Omaha Steaks Fully Cooked Chicken Wings thawed
  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, small diced
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400° Fahrenheit.
  • Place thawed, fully cooked wings on large parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes, or until wings are browned and crispy.
  • Add cottage cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes to a food processor and pulse until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and well mixed.
  • Pour cottage cheese mixture into a serving bowl, stir in diced pickles, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with wings.
