  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1 cup tapioca flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Italian cheese blend or grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Pao De Queijo Gluten-Free Slider Bread

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Use a paper towel to grease inside muffin pan cups with oil.
  • Use a blender to blend egg, milk, oil, and salt until smooth.
  • Gradually add tapioca flour 1/4 cup at a time until blended.
  • Add cheese and perform 5-7 more quick pulses.
  • Pour mixture into muffin pan cups until each is about 3/4 full.
  • Bake for 16 minutes or until a light golden brown.

Grilled Chimichurri-Marinated Top Sirloins

  • Preheat grill to medium-high.
  • Clean and oil grill grates with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Add steak to grill and cook for 4 minutes per side to reach medium-rare doneness.
  • Rest steak for 8 minutes before slicing.
  • Add slices to the sliders and finish with your favorite toppings, like pickled red onions or additional chimichurri.
