Do not thaw. Do not remove plastic film
Oven: Preheat oven to 450°F. Line raised-edge baking sheet with foil. With plastic film intact, place frozen Lamb Roast flat side up on baking sheet. Do not puncture film. Place in oven on center rack and roast for 30-35 minutes for Medium Rare. (Ovenable film will self-vent during roasting). Remove from oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before removing from film. Carefully cut ovenable film open with scissors. Remove roast from film, slice and serve.
*For best results, use oven thermometer to verify oven temperature of 450°F and adjust oven knob as necessary.
Grill: Preheat grill to high, reduce to medium or setup grill for indirect heat prior to cooking. Remove all packaging and grill, fat side up, for about 10 minutes. Flip over and grill an additional 8-10 minutes for a medium rare roast. Keep grill covered when cooking. Let rest 6-8 minutes before slicing and serving.
