Do not thaw.
Oven: Preheat oven to 375° F. Place Italian Meatballs 1 inch apart on a foil lined baking sheet. Heat for 20-25 minutes. Serve as an appetizer, on a salad, sandwich or in marinara sauce.
Microwave: Remove Italian Meatballs from packaging and place in a microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic, venting one corner. Cook on high for 5-6 minutes. Serve as an appetizer, on a salad, sandwich or in marinara sauce. [NOTE: To prepare ½ the bag or less of Italian Meatballs, microwave for 3-4 minutes].

These are the handiest little things to have. They are out of the freezer and part of the meal in minutes. Unexpected guests? Serve meat ball subs with a little mozzarella.
