Do Not Thaw!
STOVE TOP: Preheat cast iron skillet on high. Add frozen shrimp and cook for 2 minutes on the first side then 1-2 minutes on second side or until sides turn opaque.
GRILL: Preheat perforated grill pan on high. Spray or wipe with small amount of oil to prevent sticking. Add frozen shrimp to pan and cook for approximately 2 minutes on each side or until sides turn opaque.
