Preparation

Do not thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. Cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a food thermometer.
Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove packaging and place desired number of portions in a baking dish. Add 2 Tbsp. of water to bottom of pan to prevent splattering and burning. Bake uncovered, for approximately 45 to 55 minutes. For additional flavor, use wine as a substitute for water.
Microwave (1100 WATT): Remove from packaging and place two frozen portions in microwave-safe dish. Add 2 Tbsp. of water to bottom of dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Cook on HIGH for approximately 5 ½ minutes.
