This first thing you'll taste with this healthy side dish is the lightly smoky flavor from the fire-roasting. It balances wonderfully with the delicately seasoned butter sauce that envelopes the carrots, cauliflower, sugar snap peas and colorful bell peppers. And because this dish comes from Omaha Steaks, you can rest assured we made it as convenient as possible - just remove it from the freezer and bake in the oven or heat in the microwave.

Do not thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Carefully remove film from tray before baking. Place tray on baking sheet on oven center rack. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from oven, stir and serve.
MICROWAVE (1100 WATT): Cut slit in center of film. Place tray on microwave safe plate in center of microwave; cook on high for 2-3 minutes. Carefully remove film, stir and cook on high for 1-2 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Stir and serve.
