From Thawed
Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F. Place beef brisket in a 13x9x2-inch baking pan and pour cooking liquid (stock or other flavorful liquid) over the meat to come ½-way to ¾-way to the top of the brisket. Cover the pan with foil. Bake in a 325°F oven for 2 to 2-½ hours or until tender, turning once halfway through cooking time.
