Our Wagyu steaks are great pan-seared. Preheat a cast iron to medium-high, season liberally, and place in a skillet. For medium-rare, sear one side for 7 minutes and the other side for 5 minutes until internal temperature reaches 130-140°F. Our Wagyu burgers are great on the grill! Preheat the grill to medium-high, season, and grill for 5-6 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.

All of our Wagyu is individually vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen. This packaging keeps the Wagyu fresh and flavorful for up to three months when stored in a properly working freezer.
