Ingredients

Buffalo Sauce

  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chile sauce

Sirloin Tips

  • 1 lb. Omaha Steaks Beef Sirloin Tips
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green lettuce leaves
  • Celery sticks, optional
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing, optional

Instructions

Buffalo Sauce

  • Combine melted butter, hot sauce, and chili powder in small bowl and mix until well incorporated.

Sirloin Tips

  • Blot sirloin tips dry with a clean paper towel.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine sirloin tips, salt, chili powder, and pepper.
  • Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Carefully add sirloin tips to pan and cook about 4-6 minutes or until well browned. See Omaha Steaks Steak Doneness Guide if you prefer a different doneness.
  • Remove tips from pan, drain excess juice, and place in clean mixing bowl.
  • Toss cooked tips with prepared Buffalo sauce until well coated.
  • Use a toothpick to remove tips from bowl and place on plate lined with lettuce leaves.
  • Pour extra sauce into dipping cup and serve with tips.
  • If desired, serve with celery and dressings.
