Buffalo Sauce
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons chile sauce
Sirloin Tips
- 1 lb. Omaha Steaks Beef Sirloin Tips
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green lettuce leaves
- Celery sticks, optional
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing, optional
Sirloin Tips
Blot sirloin tips dry with a clean paper towel.
In a small mixing bowl, combine sirloin tips, salt, chili powder, and pepper.
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Carefully add sirloin tips to pan and cook about 4-6 minutes or until well browned. See Omaha Steaks Steak Doneness Guide if you prefer a different doneness. Remove tips from pan, drain excess juice, and place in clean mixing bowl.
Toss cooked tips with prepared Buffalo sauce until well coated.
Use a toothpick to remove tips from bowl and place on plate lined with lettuce leaves.
Pour extra sauce into dipping cup and serve with tips.
If desired, serve with celery and dressings.
