  • Combine orange juice, soy sauce, sherry, minced garlic, and ground ginger in a large resealable bag and shake until well combined.
  • Add thawed steaks to bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, turning occasionally.
  • Preheat grill to medium.
