Combine barbecue sauce, Jim Beam Black® Bourbon, Worcestershire sauce, and honey in a medium bowl and mix until well incorporated.
Put all but 1/2 cup of marinade in a resealable bag with thawed steaks.
Marinate steaks at least 12 hours and up to 2 days in refrigerator.
Remove steaks from bag and discard used marinade.
Season steaks with salt and pepper, then cook to your desired doneness via your preferred cooking method or refer to our helpful guide on how to cook steak.
Brush cooked steaks with remaining marinade just before serving.
