Blackened Shrimp and Farfalle Pasta, Roasted Peppers, and Feta Cheese
The perfect combination of big, sweet, meaty shrimp, bow-tie-shaped pasta, smoky and sweet red peppers, and feta cheese.

- 16 oz. Omaha Steaks Wild Argentinian Red Shrimp
- 10 oz. dry farfalle bowtie pasta
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 cup of chopped roasted red peppers
- 1 cup of crumbled feta cheese
- Juice of 1/2 a whole lemon
- 1/4 cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons chopped Italian parsley
- 5 teaspoons blackening seasoning
Toss defrosted shrimp in 2 tablespoons of olive oil and then season with blackening seasoning 30 minutes prior to cooking.
Cook farfalle pasta as per packaging directions.
Preheat a large non-stick sauté pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-to-high heat.
Add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until shrimp are opaque and reach a minimum internal temperature of 140 degrees Fahrenheit, continuously stirring to prevent burning.
Add cooked pasta, roasted red peppers, crumbled feta cheese, and lemon juice and toss until fully incorporated.
Divide between 4 bowls and top with grated parmesan and chopped parsley.
