Blue Cheese Aioli

  • 3 egg Yolks
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles


  1. In a food processor, combine egg yolks, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire.

  2. Pulse just until combined.

  3. With food processor on, drizzle oils in slowly until the aioli has thickened.

  4. Remove the blade and fold in the blue cheese.

  5. Pour aioli into a sealed container (I use a mason jar) and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
