Ingredients

  • 2 T. Berbere medium spice blend
  • 2 t. onion powder
  • 2 t. garlic powder
  • 2 T. kosher salt
  • 2 t. black pepper

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.
