Grilled BLT Steak Kabobs
Delicious kabob recipe with tender, juicy steak bites, thick bacon, fresh lettuce, and tomato
BLT, Steak bites
Colossal Cut Bacon
cooked according to directions
Filet Mignon Pieces
1x 1 square chunks cut iceberg lettuce
Omaha Steaks Signature Seasoning
or your favorite steak seasoning
Prepared blue cheese dressing for dipping
soaked in water for 1 hour
Pre-heat grill to medium high.
Season steak pieces in a bowl. Cut bacon into 1-inch pieces. Place 1 oz steak and a piece bacon on each skewer.
Place skewer on grill and cook 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove skewers from grill.
Place a tomato and lettuce on the end of each skewer. Serve on a platter with blue cheese dressing as a dipping sauce.
