Preheat the grill to 400 degrees Fahrenheit with direct heat.
Lightly season each side of the frozen burger patty with about 1/4 teaspoon of Omaha Steaks Salt and Pepper Seasoning.
Place the patties on the grill for about 3 minutes.
Flip the burgers and spoon about 1 tablespoon of Buffalo sauce over each patty. Cook for about 1 minute.
Top each burger with 1 slice of American cheese and cook for another minute, until the cheese is melted and the burger is cooked through.
Spread 1 tablespoon of store-bought mayonnaise on each bun. Place the buns mayo-side down on the grill and toast until golden brown, about 30 to 45 seconds.
Stack 3 cheeseburger patties on the bottom bun. Add 1 tablespoon of blue cheese mayonnaise on the top patty, then place the top bun over everything.
Serve with a side of Buffalo sauce for dipping.
