- 1 lb. Omaha Steaks Ultra-Premium Ground Beef thawed
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 15-oz. can crushed tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons gochujang sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
- 4 brioche burger buns, for serving
- Sliced cucumber, for serving
- Scallions, to garnish
- Sesame seeds, to garnish
Add ground beef to a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.
Add garlic, bell pepper, and onion. Cook until vegetables soften, about 5 minutes.
Stir in crushed tomatoes, gochujang sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, and mustard. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook until sauce thickens slightly, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve over burger buns. Garnish with sliced cucumber, scallions, and sesame seeds.
