Thaw ground beef in refrigerator overnight.
Bring a medium pan to medium-high heat. Add olive oil, ground beef, garlic cloves and powder, and Spanish paprika. Brown the beef until fully cooked, about 6 to 7 minutes.
Remove beef and add yellow onion and red bell pepper to the pan; sauté until tender, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Add beef back to the pan, the add the barbeque sauce, condensed tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and water; bring to a boil, then simmer for 12 to 14 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
To toast the buns, add mayonnaise to each side of the bun, and toast on medium-high heat.
Spread the sloppy joe mixture on the bottom bun, top with the coleslaw mixture and the top bun.
