Orange Glaze
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup orange preserves
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic

Salmon Fillets
Preheat grill to 350 to 370 degrees Fahrenheit and set up for indirect heat.
Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towel, then evenly coat with olive oil.
Add salmon fillets to a water-soaked cedar plank skin-side down and season with Omaha Steaks Signature Seafood Seasoning.
Place cedar planks on grill over indirect heat and close lid. Allow salmon to roast for 20-30 minutes, depending on your doneness preference.
During the last 5 minutes of cooking, glaze salmon with orange glaze, then close lid and allow them to finish cooking.
Remove cedar planks from grill and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve family-style on planks along with Omaha Steaks Steakhouse Cream Corn.
