Salmon Fillets

Instructions

Orange Glaze

  • Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan over medium-high heat and whisk until combined. Simmer until sauce reduces by 1/3 and thickens. Set aside.

Salmon Fillets

  • Preheat grill to 350 to 370 degrees Fahrenheit and set up for indirect heat.
  • Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towel, then evenly coat with olive oil.
  • Add salmon fillets to a water-soaked cedar plank skin-side down and season with Omaha Steaks Signature Seafood Seasoning.
  • Place cedar planks on grill over indirect heat and close lid. Allow salmon to roast for 20-30 minutes, depending on your doneness preference.
  • During the last 5 minutes of cooking, glaze salmon with orange glaze, then close lid and allow them to finish cooking.
  • Remove cedar planks from grill and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve family-style on planks along with Omaha Steaks Steakhouse Cream Corn.
