Do Not Thaw
Preheat oven to 425° degrees. Place cod portions in a single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake uncovered for 15 to 17 minutes. Turn half way through cooking time for crisper fillets. Fish is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

This is one of my mainstays. I live alone and this makes such an easy meal with a potato and green vegetable or salad. Just line a baking pan with aluminum foil, spray with olive oil and stick in the oven. Love the taste of the filets--always fresh. Highly recommend.
