Fully Cooked Oven Roasted Chicken Breasts
4 (3 oz.) breasts
Do not thaw. Appliances vary, adjust times accordingly.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove desired number of chicken breasts from packaging and place on foil-lined baking sheet. Heat for 12-15 minutes.
MICROWAVE: Remove chicken breasts from packaging. Place one chicken breast in microwave safe dish, cover with paper towel. Heat on high for 2 - 2½ minutes.
THAW AND SERVE: Chicken breasts may be thawed in the refrigerator and served within three days. Remove from packaging, slice and serve cold.
