Do not thaw.
Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a food thermometer.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place desired number of portions in a baking dish. Add approximately 2 tablespoons of water to dish. Bake uncovered for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
MICROWAVE (1100-watt): Place two frozen portions in microwave safe dish. Put 2 tablespoons of water in bottom of dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Cook on high for approximately 5 1/2 minutes.
