Air-Chilled Chicken Skewers with Vegetables

THAW IN REFRIGERATOR. APPLIANCES VARY, ADJUST COOK TIMES ACCORDINGLY. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. COOK THOROUGHLY TO A MINIMUM INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER.

GRILL: Preheat grill to high. Clean and oil grill grates. Remove chicken skewers from package, brush skewers lightly with oil. Grill over HIGH heat for 5-6 minutes per side.

OVEN: Preheat broiler to high. Remove skewers from package, brush skewers lightly with oil. Place on broiler pan on top rack of oven. Broil for 5-6 minutes on each side.
