Place turkey in a foil pan. Thaw in refrigerator for 48 hours. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
Turkey is fully cooked and may be eaten once thawed.
Warming Instructions: Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove turkey from packaging and place in a large roasting pan breast side up. Cover with parchment paper and foil. Place in oven for 2 hours or until turkey registers 145°F in thickest part of the thigh. If desired, remove foil and broil until skin is browned and crisping. Remove from oven, allow turkey to rest 15 minutes, carve and serve.
