Fully Cooked Pork Pot Roast
1 (2 lb.) roast  |  serves 4
Thaw in refrigerator 24 hours.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove thawed roast from packaging, and place in oven safe baking dish. Pour remaining juices over pork roasts. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve as desired.
