Cooking Instructions for the 5.33 oz Burger
If desired, thaw in refrigerator. It's easiest to remove burgers from the wrap while still frozen.
Grill:
From Thawed/Frozen: Clean and preheat grill to medium 400°. Season burgers as desired. Grill for 5-6 minutes per side if thawed 7-8 minutes per side if frozen, or until internal temperature reaches 160°. Overcooking can result in a dry product.
Stovetop:
From Thawed/Frozen: Preheat a medium sized skillet to medium. Season burgers as desired. Place burgers in preheated pan, leaving 1" between burgers. Cook burgers for 5-6 minutes per side if thawed, 7-8 minutes per side if frozen, or until internal temperature reaches 160°. Overcooking can result in a dry product.
Broil:
From Thawed/Frozen: Preheat oven broiler to High. Position top rack to 3-4" from element. Season burgers as desired. Broil for 5-6 minutes per side if thawed, 7-8 minutes per side if frozen, or until internal temperature reaches 160°. Overcooking can result in a dry product.
