Thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours.

Grill: Preheat grill to medium high. Grill for 6-8 minutes turning frequently.
Stovetop: Place desired amount of knockwurst in a pan. Cover with water or beer. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. *If desired finish knockwurst on the grill or in a saute pan until golden brown.
