Philly Cheesesteak Sirloin
6 (4 oz.) steaks
Appliances vary, adjust times accordingly.
FROM THAWED: Preheat a medium nonstick skillet to medium high. Add 1 T. oil and philly steaks. Cook 3 minutes, or until meat begins to brown. Flip meat and cook for 1 minute. Break apart meat and cook until meat is browned and reaches 165°F. Season to taste and, if desired, serve with sauteed onions and peppers on your favorite toasted roll.
FROM FROZEN: Preheat a nonstick skillet to medium high. Add 1 T. oil, 1 T. water and philly steaks. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, or until meat begins to brown. Flip meat over, cover and cook 3 minutes. Uncover and break apart meat. Cook until meat is browned and reaches 165°F. Season to taste and, if desired, serve with sauteed onions and peppers on your favorite toasted roll.
