OVEN: Thaw 24 hours under refrigeration. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove tenderloin from packaging. Wrap in foil and place in an oven safe baking dish. Place in oven on center rack. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until tenderloin reaches 120°F. Cook longer for your desired level of doneness. Remove from oven, let rest 5 minutes. Unwrap from foil, carve and serve.
