GRILL: Preheat grill to high. Grill skewers 4 minutes, shell side down. Reduce heat to medium. Grill 6 to 8 minutes, or until fully cooked.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 450°F. Place skewers on baking sheet, shell side down, in center of oven. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until fully cooked.
