Do not thaw. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. Open bag and remove tortillas. Preheat a nonstick skillet to medium high. Add 1 T. oil and vegetables to the skillet. Cover and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove lid, add contents of seasoning packet. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally for 2 minutes. If desired, add your favorite cooked protein and cook until protein is heated through. Remove tortillas from packaging. Place on a microwave safe plate and cover with a paper towel. Microwave tortillas for 1 minute and serve.
