Steakhouse Chicken Breasts
4 (6 oz.) breasts
Thaw in refrigerator. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
SEAR AND ROAST: Preheat oven to 375°F. Preheat an oven safe pan to medium. Pat dry and season chicken breast. Place chicken breast in pan skin side down. Sear for 3-5 minutes. Flip chicken breast and place in oven for 15-18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place desired amount of chicken breasts on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
GRILL: Preheat grill to medium. Season chicken breasts as desired. Grill breasts 6-8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
