Corn & Edamame Succotash
1 (15 oz.) pkg.  |  serves 4
Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to cook.
Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly.
STOVE TOP: Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add 1 Tbsp. butter and 1 Tbsp. oil to skillet. Open bag and add contents of bag to skillet and cover with lid. Stir occasionally and cook for 7 minutes. Take lid off and cook an additional 2-3 minutes.
MICROWAVE (1100 WATTS): Pour contents of bag and 1 Tbsp. of butter into a microwave-safe dish and cover. Cook on HIGH for 4 minutes. Stir and cook on HIGH for an additional 2 minutes uncovered.
