Fully Cooked Tri-Tip Roast
1 (1.5 lb.) roast  |  serves 8
Appliances vary, adjust cook time accordingly.
OVEN: Thaw in packaging in refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove product from package, place on a raised edge backing sheet with foil and sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake until internal temperature is 120°F for rare approximately 20-25 minutes, 125-130°F for medium rare approximately 30-35 minutes. Remove from oven. Allow to rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly across the grain and serve.
