Thaw in refrigerator.

Stove top: Heat 2 teaspoons in a large skillet over medium high heat. Place ribeye pieces in skillet making sure not to crowd pieces together. If necessary, saute pieces in two batches in order to achieve adequate searing. Sear pieces for 3-5 minutes or until desired doneness is reached, turn pieces halfway through cooking time. Season as desired and serve.
