Skillet Meal: Shrimp with Coconut Curry Sauce
1 (24 oz.) pkg.  |  serves 2-3
Do Not Thaw. Keep Frozen Until Ready to Use. Appliances vary, adjust cook time accordingly.
Stove Top: Carefully open meal bag and remove sauce pouch. Thaw sauce by placing sauce pouch in a bowl of HOT water while preparing the remainder of the meal. On stove top heat a 10-inch NON-STICK skillet over medium high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil, remaining contents of bag to skillet. Cover and cook for 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove lid and add sauce pouch and cook for another 2 minutes, stirring constantly until sauce is hot and bubbly. Remove from heat, let stand 1 minute and serve.
