Slow Cooker Meal: BBQ Brisket & Pork Mac & Cheese

READ INSTRUCTIONS THOROUGHLY. Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to cook.
FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS. FOOD MUST BE COOKED TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER. Appliances vary; adjust cook time accordingly.
Remove bag, 1 package of meat and seasoning bottle from box. Remove meat from all packaging and place in bottom of slow cooker. Carefully open the bag and remove 3 sauce pouches. Pour the remaining bag contents into the slow cooker over the meat. Open sauce pouches and place sauce on top of pasta. Place lid securely onto slow cooker to minimize moisture loss. Cook on LOW power for 4 hours (high power not recommended). When cooking is complete, stir slow cooker contents, sprinkle with desired amount of Applewood Rub and serve.
Express Cooker Instructions
Remove pork and seasoning from box. Return unopened pasta and sauces to freezer.
Add 2 T. water and pork to the bottom of the Express Cooker. Place lid securely on Express cooker and make sure steam valve is in the closed position.
Press RICE/RISOTTO, pressure LOW and adjust time to 6 minutes. Press START.
After 6 minutes release pressure and open lid. Add 3 sauce pouches and pasta. Place lid securely on Express cooker and make sure steam valve is in the closed position. Press RICE/RISOTTO, pressure LOW and adjust time to 8 minutes.
After 8 minutes release pressure and open lid. Stir and replace lid. Let stand 5 minutes.
Remove lid and stir. If desired, sprinkle with Applewood Seasoning and serve.
